Another wonderful night was had at Amado’s on Tuesday 12/27 as we kissed off the horrible year that was 2016 with a musical tribute to those we lost over the past 12 months. We had beautiful performance by Mullerette and Jeff Campbell and the San Francisco Chronicle’s Tony Bravo remembered those that passed away with charm, wit and grace.
Renee & Irish Greg’s Pop UP! Episode #7: Kids Show Tom Luce, Ronni Brown (Skywalker) & 4 Year Bender

A kid’s/holiday special featuring Tom Luce & special surprise accompaniment Dick Bright, Starwalker Sound’s Ronni Brown showing us how she makes all the little sounds that complete movies like Star Wars, Madagascar and the Secret Life of Pets. The whole thing was kicked off by Ryan and Sean from Four Year Bender.

Renee & Irish Greg’s Pop UP! Episode #4: Books & Music w/ Joel Selvin, Jay Blakesberg, Midnight North
Thanks to everyone who came out to Amado’s for a post-election pick-me-up to talk books and music. When planning the evening with Joel Selvin, Jay Blakesberg and Midnight North it quickly became apparent that all three guests had a lot in common, mostly the Grateful Dead. We talked Altamont and the Fare Thee Well tour and enjoyed amazing live music too.
